North of 49 Naturals works closely with local farmers as well as growers and processors worldwide by turning damaged or imperfect (but still high quality) surplus fruits and vegetables into premium natural dehydrated powders and flakes. We use a proprietary low-thermal drying and milling process that optimizes the nutritional value and effectiveness of our products.
We ensure that the temperature during the drying process is based on the actual product temperature, so the food isn’t overheated. Our proprietary system preserves the volatile flavour and aroma compounds that are compromised in other drying methods.
